Titus A. Taube M.D.
Dr. Titus Taube graduated with honors when he received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1974 and then again when he received his Medical Doctor degree in 1979. He also has been a faculty member of the Osteopathic School of the South in Atlanta since 1985. He is Board Certified in Family Practice, the father of four and his lovely wife Cheryl works with him on his staff. He is involved in his church and community and participates in a number of professional memberships. He has served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Family and Community Medicine for Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon since 1985.
Dr. Taube believes that wellness and prevention care are the main priority of primary care medicine. Diseases can be prevented, complications minimized, healthcare costs reduced and quality of life improved.

Chris Chiappetto NP
Chris Chiappetto is an American Academy of Nurse Practitioner Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who completed his undergraduate studies at Augusta State University. He completed his BSN at Georgia Southern University and Masters of Science in Nursing at South University. He began the first 3 years of his nursing career as an Emergency Room nurse. Over the last 6 years he worked in pediatric mental health, hospice, and as a nurse educator. He is a proud dad of 3 kids, enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with family. Future career goals include serving vulnerable populations in the local community and abroad.
